What to know before ordering
A more secure fit. Built for everyday wear.
The Martingale Collar uses a limited-slip design to provide added control and help prevent dogs from backing out of a traditional collar. It tightens gently when your dog pulls and relaxes when pressure is released.
Fit and closure
The standard version has no buckle and must slide over your dog’s head. Measure both the neck and the widest part of the head directly behind the ears, then choose a size range that accommodates the larger measurement. The listed range is the collar’s fully extended opening; the martingale section does not add extra inches.
If you select the optional Tactical Buckle, it is installed on the collar and allows the collar to open for easier on and off. If the listed ranges do not work for your dog, choose the custom option and Christine will follow up by email.
Made for your dog
Handmade to order in Willow, Alaska, using utility-grade polyester webbing, soft neoprene lining, and stainless steel hardware. Choose your size, webbing width, and color. The Tactical Buckle and ID Anchor are included only when selected.
What is not included: Leash, Fi tracker/module, and identification accessories unless selected.
Timing: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your handmade order, although many orders ship sooner. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Safety: Designed for supervised walks and everyday wear. Not for tie-outs or unattended restraint.

WHY A MARTINGALE?
Secure when needed. Relaxed when it isn’t.
A martingale is a limited-slip collar. It sits relaxed during normal wear and reduces its opening when leash tension is applied, helping prevent a dog from backing out of the collar.
The standard EDG martingale is built without a buckle, so it must pass over the widest part of the head and then adjust at the neck. If you add the Tactical Buckle, the collar opens instead and neck measurement drives the size.
The goal is secure, properly fitted movement—not continuous pressure.
