Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns All sales are final. Every item — collars, adapters, and tags — is handmade to order in Alaska. Returns are not accepted. Fi GPS trackers sold through Elite Dog Gear are also final sale.
Exchanges – United States Only Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within the United States.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Email confirmation is required before returning any item.
Exchanges are subject to a $35 restocking fee. This fee includes U.S. return shipping, production of a newly made replacement item, and outbound shipping of the replacement.
Items returned without prior email authorization will not be accepted.

Fi GPS Trackers Fi trackers are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange through Elite Dog Gear. Fi stands behind their hardware with their own warranty and support program. For any tracker defects, malfunctions, or warranty claims, contact Fi directly at support.tryfi.com.
International Orders All international orders are final sale. International exchanges are not offered. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any country-specific charges. Orders refused or abandoned at customs are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Damages or Order Errors Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on my end, email Christine@elitedoggear.com promptly so the issue can be evaluated and resolved. For Fi tracker issues, contact Fi support directly.
Non-Eligible Items Exchanges are not accepted for:
- Used or worn items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Fi GPS trackers
