Identification without the hanging tag.

The Slide-On Open Tag keeps your dog’s information flat against compatible collar webbing instead of hanging from a separate ring. Made from rugged 1/16-inch stainless steel, the open-slot design attaches to flexible webbing.

Choose the size that matches your collar's webbing width
Small: fits 3/8-inch webbing; tag measures 1 3/8 inches long by 5/8 inch wide.
Medium: fits 5/8-inch webbing; tag measures 1 5/8 inches long by 7/8 inch wide.
Medium Plus: fits 3/4-inch webbing; tag measures 1 3/4 inches long by 1 inch wide.
Large: fits 1-inch webbing; tag measures 2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide.

Designed for flexible, single-layer webbing under 1/8 inch thick. Check the thickness where the tag will sit, particularly on padded collars. Not intended for stiff leather, coated collars, or thick double-layer webbing.

Engraving is centered and sized for readability. Use only the lines you need; blank lines will simply be omitted from the finished layout.

How do I measure?

Use the dog’s actual measurements. The guide below shows exactly where the tape should sit for the widest head and neck measurements.
