What to know before ordering

Keep the gear they already love. Add Fi.

The Elite Dog Gear Compact Adapter lets you mount a Fi Series 2, Fi Series 3, or Fi Series 3+ tracker directly to a compatible collar or harness without replacing the gear your dog already wears.

The adapter wraps around the existing gear and secures the Fi module at two points for a compact, low-profile fit. It is handcrafted in Alaska using durable webbing and marine-grade hardware.

Choose your Fi series

Before choosing your gear width and hardware, select the Fi tracker your dog uses:

  • Fi Series 2
  • Fi Series 3 / 3+

Series 3 and Series 3+ use the same Compact Adapter, so they are grouped together here.

Not for Fi Mini or Fi Ultra: Fi Mini requires the separate Fi Mini Compact Adapter. Fi Ultra accessories are coming soon; do not substitute this adapter for an Ultra tracker.

Choose the correct gear width

Select the width that matches the collar or harness your dog already wears, then choose your preferred hardware finish. Current options accommodate ¾-inch, 1-inch, 1½-inch, and 2-inch gear, with an option for other widths when needed.

GPS and behavior placement

The Compact Adapter supports Fi GPS location and geofence placement on a compatible collar or harness. For Fi Series 3+ health and behavior tracking, the tracker must hang from the dog’s neck and move freely by its endlinks. Choose the Fi 3+ Behavior Adapter on a collar when that placement matters.

Keep the gear. Add the tracking.

FIT THE DOG

How do I measure?

Use the dog’s actual measurements. The guide below shows exactly where the tape should sit for the widest head and neck measurements.

Measure snugly against the dog without pulling the tape tight. We’ll use these measurements to guide the correct build.
