I don’t offer rush production. Faster postage changes delivery time after shipping; it does not move your order ahead in the batch.

A correctly fitted Martingale limits loosening when your dog backs up. It can have a buckle or slip over the head.

How batch ordering works
How does batch ordering work?
Choose your collar or adapter, review its production start date and usual shipping window, then complete checkout. Your completed order joins the batch shown. Adding an item to your cart does not hold a place.
What happens when a batch fills?
New orders are offered the next available production date. Review the dates before paying. An order you’ve already placed keeps its confirmed batch and is not automatically moved. If no next batch is listed, check back or email me.
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave my shop within two weeks of the production start date, often sooner. This is when I begin making your gear, not a delivery date. Delivery time is additional.
Will a nameplate take longer?
Orders with nameplates may take longer because I need the plate to arrive before shipping your finished gear. Your order keeps its batch. Email me with your order number if you need an update.
Can I request a rush order?
I don’t offer rush production. Small batches protect the care I put into each piece and keep the workload manageable. Faster postage changes delivery time after shipping; it does not move your order ahead in the batch.
Do ID tags need a batch place?
No. Tag-only orders follow their usual schedule. A tag added to your collar or adapter does not need a separate batch place, but a nameplate may extend the shipping window while it arrives.
Will items in my order ship together?
Normally, yes. Items ordered together ship when everything is ready. If they have different production start dates, use the later batch’s shipping window. A nameplate may extend that window.
What if I’ve already placed an order?
Your order keeps the production timing confirmed when you purchased. New batch dates apply to new orders and do not automatically move an existing order. Check your order confirmation, or email me with your order number.
